Shortcut Beef Ragu Recipe

A low and slow shortcut beef ragu recipe without all the fuss!

This may be called “shortcut” beef ragu but, I must say, this doesn’t taste like a shortcut. I’ve been playing around with shortcut pantry meals, because I feel like I’m juggling a million things during the day! Anyone else feel that?
I’m not a huge lover of the crock pot when it comes to veggies. However, I adore cooking meats in there! The “low and slow” is perfect for a tender and juicy outcome. This ragu is tasty and packed with flavor! I put all of the seasonings, along with the beef into my slow cooker. I left it on all day, for about 8 hours, giving it a stir halfway through the cooking time. Could not be easier!
This ragu is perfect for those days you want a comforting meal but don’t have time to babysit your stove top for hours! It’s absolutely delicious and rich.

This shortcut beef ragu recipe paired perfectly with my favorite chickpea noodles, and topped with fresh parmesan & basil. It was easy and delicious! Just what I need in my life right now with coronavirus running rampant! How about you? Hope you enjoy this one, Friends! xoxo
