Place meat in slow cooker. Sprinkle generously with salt & pepper.
Add in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, & Worcestershire. Stir to combine.
Place lid on slow cooker and set to low for 8 hours.
Give it a stir at some point during the day.
When finished, remove lid and use a spoon to scoop off some of the liquid fat floating at the top. Remove any large fat chunks from the meat if it has any.
Use two forks to shred meat. Stir to combine all flavors and taste for seasoning.
Serve atop your favorite pasta!
Garnish with fresh parmesan and basil.
