Method
- Place 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker (you can use thighs too).
- Pour about 3/4 cups water in the bottom of the slow cooker -- DO NOT COVER THE CHICKEN WITH WATER!
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 3 hours.
- Take out immediately and shred with two forks.
- Store in airtight container in the fridge.
