Method
- Squeeze the juice from 1 large grapefruit into a pyrex measuring pitcher until you have 1/2 cup juice.
- Into the same pitcher, pour 1/2 cup dry rosé.
- Pour the liquid into an ice cube tray and freeze completely.
- Once frozen, combine the frozen juice/wine, 2 oz store bought grapefruit juice, and 1 oz vodka (if using). Blend until slushy.
- Pour into glass and garnish with fresh mint.
- Serve Immediately.
