Add 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil (or vegetable) to dutch oven or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up, until no pink is left.
Add diced onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until softened.
Add in ketchup, water, sugar, seasonings, tomato paste, and Worcestershire. Stir to combine and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt & pepper if needed.
Toast kaiser rolls cut side down for a few minutes on warm skillet. Load up rolls and serve!
